PRIVATE YOGA + PERSONAL TRAINING
Private yoga sessions AND PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS are customized to meet the needs and goals of the individual, going beyond the normal class. Private SESSIONS allow time for a deep connection to the details of the poses, individualized hands on adjustments (if requested), and open communication between teacher and student. Being able to have a dialogue with immediate feedback is a powerful tool in building a PHYSICAL WELLNESS practice. It also takes the pressure off, and allows the student to learn completely at their own pace. This individual connection in practice is a traditional and sacred way of passing yoga from one person to another.
