MYND CONSERVATORY OFFERS AN IN-PERSON 200-HOUR YOGA TEACHER TRAINING CERTIFICATION PROGRAM IN RICHMOND, VIRGINIA. Our 200-hour yoga teacher training program seeks to study yoga in a holistic manner blending traditional textual study, philosophy, contemplation, meditation, postural, and movement practices. These practices draw from ancient and modern sources, but also give space for the student to develop innovative approaches that work for them. Our program is a great way to take a step toward becoming a yoga teacher, but is designed to be accessible to anyone who wishes to deepen their yoga practice. It is a powerful continuing education investment for current yoga and movement teachers.
