Automatic invoices will be sent monthly via email for an easy recurring payment plan. Automatic invoices will be equal payments divided up into the number of months between booking and 60 days prior to the retreat, with an added 3% transaction fee. Example: If you claim and pay the deposit for the triple occupancy room in April 2026, you will be charged an automatic invoice of $147 each month for 14 months.

All retreat and training payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. It is your responsibility to ensure you can attend the program before signing up. It is also your responsibility to purchase travel cancellation insurance if you desire to insure your trip.
Due to the non-recoverable payments that we make in advance to various parties to plan these programs, exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, travel bans, inclement weather, acts of terrorism, illness, health conditions, covid 19, medical or personal or family or work emergencies, or change of mind. If you cannot reach the retreat or training due to unforeseen circumstances of any nature, retreat and training fees are unfortunately non-refundable and non-transferable. If you arrive late or need to leave your retreat or training early, you will not receive any refund on the remaining time of your scheduled stay.
Travel Insurance
It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation. Naturally, no one books with the intention of canceling or postponing their retreat or training, but unexpected things do happen, some of which are beyond your control. We strongly recommend that you purchase travel cancellation insurance to cover any possible loss. Depending on the policy and conditions, travel cancellation insurance will pay for some or all cancellation fees. With most agencies, insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation.
